Who is Deb?
Deb Fribbins is the Owner and Director of Developing Excellence in Business. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the corporate world and small businesses.
An entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, coach, author, champion for equality and social enterprise advocate, her main focus has been, and always will be, to serve the community. She does this by working with startups, small businesses and various charities in which she is heavily involved.
She has extensive knowledge, and expertise in coaching businesses to achieve their goals. With over 30 years’ experience as a National Buyer and Planner for Myer, David Jones, Target and Harris Scarfe, a business development manager for a jeweller and the accounts manager for a Nursing Staff Agency. This breadth of experience gives greater empathy and understanding to her clients, reacting to their needs is paramount to the success she has achieved over the years.
Her business skills have helped countless startups, small retailers, manufacturers and wholesalers. These skills are also applied to the numerous charities she takes great joy in supporting. Mentoring for the Small Business Mentoring Service (SBMS)has enabled her to keep a pulse on countless SME’s throughout Victoria.
