Over a year ago David Vine found that amongst the tyranny of the pandemic and uncertainty we felt as a society why aren’t the leaders of Australia setting the example of what constitutes a good leader. Leadership is important because it inspires, motivates, and sets an example for people to accomplish positive changes in the world. We need good leadership to make us feel they are empathetic and compassionate. Leaders must possess a clear vision, be courageous, have integrity, honesty, humility and clear focus. He or she must be a strategic planner and believe in teamwork. So, we are taking control, by bringing several stories together that empathise the true meaning of what being a Leader is all about it.
This book will take you on a journey of “Stories of Resilience”, which is the first in a series of traits of being a good leader, so we can create better leaders for the future.
