Deb Fribbins is the Owner and Director of Developing Excellence in Business. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience in both the corporate world and small businesses.
An entrepreneur, speaker, mentor, coach, author, champion for equality and social enterprise advocate, her main focus has been, and always will be, to serve the community. She does this by working with startups, small businesses and various charities in which she is heavily involved.

The primary program follows the structured approach of:
Define
Who are you, what are your short and long-term goals, and why you want to be in business?
Determine
Identify the issues that affect your business, both positive and negative.
Devise
Develop plans that will support the positives and negate the negatives issue that impact on your business.
Deliver
Implement all the plans as devised to support all the factors identified to achieve the goals defined.
Dissect
Every action taken needs to be dissected thoroughly. What works and how can we make it even better? What doesn’t work and how can it be turned into a positive?
